A few things you should know
The staff were helpful, gracious about our dog, and went above and beyond during our stay. The air conditioning in our chalet worked remarkably well despite the extreme heat outside.
The pool area was poorly maintained, with algae on the sides, broken equipment, and no availability of sunbed cushions or parasols, making it less inviting than anticipated.

We stayed in a One-Bedroom Chalet Lodge Suite with air conditioning, a dining table, a private bathroom, and an outdoor seating area. The food was excellent, beautifully prepared, and the breakfast had fresh options. The serene atmosphere enhanced our experience. The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking and made for a perfect relaxing getaway.
